About Us

Hardwood furniture for real homes. Vexigap builds bed frames and shelving that carry true weight, clear floors and walls, and keep a quiet look in the room. Lines stay simple, details do the work, and the promise is plain—solid wood, careful build, steady support from Vexigap.

About Vexigap
A single workshop handles each piece end-to-end. Vexigap keeps the job under one roof—from first cut to the taped box—so there are no long handoffs, pricing reads clearly, and conversations stay direct with the makers at Vexigap. CNC tooling, jigs, and gauges keep parts consistent; skilled hands tune fit and feel. Edges are eased for touch, wide panels are grain-matched, and joints finish flush. Messages receive a reply within 1 business day. Every order runs on a named build sheet—scheduled, assembled, checked, and packed for the customer on that sheet.

What Vexigap Creates
Vexigap focuses on two families: solid-wood bed frames and solid-wood shelving—free-standing units, wall systems, and statement pieces. Ready-to-ship builds leave quickly; made-to-order paths let you choose size, depth, shelf count, edge profile, joinery accents, and finish to suit the room.

Beds: platform frames with real slats (typical gap ≤ 3 in), center rails on larger sizes, adjustable levelers, noise-control hardware, and under-bed clearance that fits storage or a robot vacuum.
Shelving: options for books, vinyl, pantry, or display—ladder styles, bracket systems, concealed cleats, or framed casework with back panels.
Each shipment includes a clear guide with load ratings, shelf spacing tips, and safe wall anchoring for common wall types.

Materials & Responsibility
Vexigap uses kiln-dried hardwoodsoak, walnut, ash, maple—for year-round stability. Lumber stays traceable and is sourced from trusted U.S. suppliers such as Weyerhaeuser, Baillie Lumber, Rex Lumber, Baird Brothers, Bell Forest, Northwest Hardwoods, Frank Miller Lumber, and Hearne Hardwoods. Hardware comes from proven makers like Häfele, Blum, Hettich, Accuride, and Sugatsune where suitable. Finishes are indoor-safe, low-odor—plant-based oils and modern water-borne varnishes—so the wood keeps a natural hand that suits homes with kids and pets. The sustainability view is simple: build to last and make repair easy. Offcuts become brackets, samples, or packing spacers; fasteners and inserts use standard sizes so parts can be replaced without waste.

Vexigap’s Build Method
Boards rest to acclimate, then are checked for moisture, grain, and flaws. Faces are jointed and planed; parts are dimensioned on calibrated equipment; work returns to the bench for edge profiles and tight joinery (mortise-and-tenon, dowel/loose-tenon, or threaded-insert assemblies as the design requires). Panels are matched for color and figure, clamped square, and verified at corners and diagonals. Surfaces are sanded through progressive grits, dusted clean, and finished in thin coats with proper cure. After finishing, assemblies are dry-fit and tuned; hardware is test-fitted and torqued; moving parts are checked for rattle-free use. Load tests confirm capacity so guidance is measured, not guessed. Before boxing, Vexigap runs a checklist: surface pass, joinery pass, hardware pack count, and a clean wipe-down—so the first thing you see is the wood itself.

Packing & Delivery
Packaging is treated as part of the build. Corners and faces get foam and edge guards; parts are sleeved or bagged; hardware kits are sealed, labeled, and mapped to a step-by-step guide. Heavy cartons use double-wall corrugate; oversized frames may be crated or banded to a pallet. According to destination, Vexigap books major carriers and shares tracking from pickup to arrival. A brief receiving note is included: inspect the carton, photograph concerns, and contact Vexigap so a fix can begin. Unboxing is laid out to be calm and clear—parts labeled, steps logical—so setup can happen the same day. Full details are listed in the Shipping Policy.

Care & Aftercare
Daily care is simple:

  • Dust with a dry or lightly damp cloth; avoid harsh cleaners.

  • Keep away from strong heat and big humidity swings; give wood room to breathe.

  • Add floor pads to protect floors and help leveling.

  • For wall items, anchor to studs when possible and follow the included guide; Vexigap can advise on anchors for drywall, plaster, or masonry.

  • If a finish looks dull, a light maintenance oil restores sheen; Vexigap can supply a matching care kit.
Support replies within 1 business day. The warranty is straightforward: if an issue traces to Vexigap—or happens in transit—Vexigap will repair, replace, or refund. Eligibility and timing appear in the Warranty and Return & Refund Policy.

The Vexigap Promise
Fit before size. Vexigap builds beds and shelving to serve the room and the routine so well they feel meant for the space. When helpful, Vexigap can send finish samples and a quick 2D/3D preview before the build. Shelves should hold more than objects—habits, photos, a sense of order. Beds should feel steady, quiet, and ready each night. This is the practical craft Vexigap stands behind.
